I was given what was called a Christmas Flower this Christmas. I can't pronounce it let alone spell the real name of the flower so for now it's just the Christmas Flower lol. Anyways, this was my very first plant that was all my own and completely up to me to take care of. I was a little scared at first because I was worried that I would kill it, and I really wanted my first plant to grow and stay alive. So I planted the flower, watered it regularly, and made sure it had plenty of sun. Well the next few weeks my flower grew and grew and grew, and I was so excited! Then when it finally bloomed I was super excited! I was so proud of myself for actually not killing my first flower lol! I'm such a DORK!!! But I love my Christmas flower!

Your flower is really pretty! I am not sure it would have lasted at my house though. I have killed every plant! Which is really disappointing. I did have a plant that I had received when Wesley was born and after moving in this house it died! Go figure! Good luck with keeping it beautiful!
